WhatsApp that answers itself
Chaitty replies from the answers your team approved, in whatever language the customer wrote in. When it does not know something, it says so and hands over to a person.
For iPhone · one app, every company you work for
Approved answers
You write the answers your business actually gives, and approve them. Those are the only thing the assistant is allowed to answer a general question with.
Ask it something that is not on the list and it does not guess. It tells the customer a person will reply, and it puts the question at the top of your list, with how many people have asked it. You approve an answer once, and the next person who asks gets it instantly.
That loop is the whole product: every question a customer asks either already has an approved answer, or becomes one.
Any language
The customer writes in theirs. You read it in yours. You answer in yours, and it arrives in theirs. Both versions stay in the conversation, so nothing is hidden from the person who has to follow up.
It works on the automatic replies too, which is why a Polish customer gets a Polish answer at two in the morning from a team that works in Portuguese.
When a person steps in
Ask for a suggestion and it reads the conversation first, including the specific message you picked, so the answer is about that question and not the last thing said.
Or write it yourself in a hurry and ask it to fix the tone and the spelling before it goes. Nothing the assistant drafts reaches a customer until a person presses send.
You stay in charge
Automatic replies are switched per conversation, so a delicate customer can be handled entirely by a person while everyone else is answered instantly.
You can also give the assistant instructions that apply to one conversation only, and choose the language it writes that conversation in.
The inbox
Narrow to what is waiting: unread, flagged for action, customers, professionals. Search the whole history, or inside one conversation and jump straight to the hit.
Customers and professionals carry their own mark, so you know who you are talking to before you open it.
Who is behind the number
Chaitty links a conversation to the customer or professional it belongs to, suggests the link when it recognises the phone, and lets you search for the right one when it does not.
Then the record is right there while you answer: their services, their invoices, what they owe and a payment link to send them, without leaving the conversation.
The 24 hour window
WhatsApp only lets a business send free text for 24 hours after the customer's last message. Miss it and your reply simply does not arrive.
Chaitty shows the window on every conversation, and when it has closed it offers your approved template messages instead, so the customer still hears from you.
After that, this conversation switches to template messages until the customer writes again.
And the rest of the day
More than one company
If you answer for more than one company, add them all and switch between them from the top of the list. Each keeps its own conversations, its own language and its own settings.
